Hello , I’m Olivier and I’m a Senior Unified Collaboration Engineer working in the collaboration world for more than 17 years now.
I began my journey when it was still called IP Telephony and when it was only related to a Call Control and Voice Mail system.
As since the beginning , I love my job and that I’m eager to learn and this is what I like in the job is that Information Technology is not a closed world and you need to enhance your knowledge everyday .

I’ve earned my CCIE Voice in August 2010 . Then I’ve converted it to the CCIE Collaboration Level. I own the CCIE #26851
I’ve earned my CCVP Voice after the CCNA in 2008
